I contacted them a month ago on a boat motor that they were advertising and had a trade that I wanted some pricing on...never got an answer. I week later I told them I was looking for a particular fishing boat that they had. I made an offer on an 9 year old boat and was told that the price was nonnegotiable. Turned out the boat didn’t even run, they didn’t have parts and no one to fix it. 2 weeks later, still no parts and no end in sight. 2 days ago it was still the same issue. Yesterday found a better boat, much newer with a warranty. Bought it the same day and had it at my dock 5 hours later. If you’re looking to buy a boat, and want it to use for summer months look elsewhere than Westshore, they haven’t a clue. Tyler (the salesman) was great but the rest should be working at a drive thru. I wouldn’t by a life vest from Brodie and his crew.

We are very happy with our Yamaha outboard and this was facilitated by the dedicated work of Tyler who was great at follow up- communicating with us through the process and this was the real difference. He took the time to develop a rapport with us which differentiated to our experience with the many providers that we visited. Arborg is a small distance from Winnipeg but we were continuously updated on the progress of our purchase and made comfortable on the delivery of the product.

We are not fans of salespeople, this was a pressure free buying experience. No pushing for more which is greatly appreciated! Nice touch also having the owner come out for a meet and greet.

Great experience. Kind staff . Devin was awesome to deal with . Willing to answer any questions we had . I would recommend Westshore to friends and family. We are really enjoying the time out on trails and creating so many memories with our boys .
