Aaron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful through the process of purchasing my first vehicle. He worked very hard with the rest of the Honda team to make sure that he got me the best deal possible, and even helped me hook my phone up to the cars Bluetooth before I left! Brought car in to have decal reminence in my door removed. Was to take a good part of the day to have it cleaned and polished. Instead it took 1 hour and only did the one door. Didn’t even wash the whole vehicle as there were big guys left on the front. I figure if your going to clean the car at least do it all not a partial

We chose McFadden Honda because we have owned Honda vehicles and we like the service department. Steve was a good choice to work with our son to choose his first car. Steve was friendly, kind and could answer all of our questions. We were quite impressed with his knowledge, especially as our son chose a Toyota. Steve was very comfortable explaining all aspects of the car to us. We would definitely choose to work with Steve again to purchase our next vehicle. We were disappointed with the $599 extra charge that we found out about when we received the final price of the car. For a 16 year old buying his first car, this amount is excessive. It was the one negative aspect of our buying experience at McFadden Honda.
