It seemed that I was mislead and given misinformation before and during my transaction. I repeatedly asked about a loaner vehicle as I was first told my new car would arrive end of May and told he would talk with hid general manager. Then after I gave my deposit I was told they don’t do loaners but I could buy a used vehicle and they would purchase it back at full value once my car arrived. Then I had another manager call me and said that is not the case and more likely my new car will arrive more likely mid June. I asked for my deposit back but was told to take the weekend to think about it and see what I could purchase off their used lot for the time being. It was a lot of hassle.

I'd like to give a big shout-out to the staff at Straightline Kia, especially Steve and Adam. Professional, kind and pleasant experience. Best part is driving away in such a lovely vehicle. Thanks Straightline.
