Good
I started working with one sales rep and one business man and ended the process with different ones yet the Transition went smoothly. Only issue is that I needed to speak to someone and wasn't sure who I needed to speak to when asking for my financing bank, and received the wrong information from a random salesman as my business manager was off for 3 days. Overall satisfied.

Personalized, down-to-earth service
As a single female I was uncomfortable about walking into a dealership on my own, but Eric quickly made me feel at ease and explained everything.
Eric listened to what I wanted and managed to get everything within my budget.
