AWESOME PEOPLE & SERVICE !
The best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle! From the online and e-mailing between myself and the Salesperson (Jamie), to when I was finally ready to buy and to my experience with the Finance Dept (Adam). All extremely friendly, up front and very easy to work with. With other dealers, especially when you approach them online first like I did, they continuously harass you... not with Jamie. Great people at this dealership!

I understand that when purchasing a used vehicle it can have less than optimal condition and you can either accept them or not. When the dealership hides a known condition from you and you are lucky enough to find out before leaving they will make it seem as you are unreasonable for not being satified. The fuel gage and car would not start even tough the sales manager was advised this was a problem the day before they tried to have me leave without indicating that this was a problem. They repeaired the issue and brought the car to me 3 days later. The following moring the engine light turns on. I contact the sales person who directs me to the sales manager who does not return my e-mails. I would expect better services from an honest sales team working for what appeared to be a reputable car dealership.

From the moment we walked in to Dilawri Hyundai, Kam made us feel welcome and we had a very positive car shopping experience.
The day we walked in to Dilawri Hyundai, we were just shopping around and had no intentions of actually purchasing a vehicle that day. Kam met us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took us on 2 test drives and assisted us in making our decision to buy a Santa Fe. We left there that day feeling like we made a great purchase and we appreciate Kam's help. We also really enjoyed speaking with Nebil. He was personable and added to our positive experience.
