Did all the work myself, online! Went to a different dealer (closer to home) for test drive!
Went in only to sign papers, got the car minus my auto starter that was part of the lease! Now they have the back ordered auto Starter in and I'm on my own to get the car there! Get myself to work because their shuttle doesn't start till 7:30 and I work at 7! Then get myself back there! The delawri name is being brought down a step or two because of stuff like this!!

Great atmosphere. Freindly and polite service. First time at Dilawri. Don't really know what else to say.. other than that.

Purchase 2017 Elantra
Tran Tuan, very polite, knowledgeable, took extra effort/time to ensure customer knowledge of all car functions. Couldn't get my personal phone to function immediately and after updating at home, invited to come back so we can ensure complete functionality. That's service. Great experience.
