the service was generally excellent except as noted. I found the finance representatives extremely pushy when offering the extended warranty. a simple "no i am not interested" SHOULD be enough to cease offering.

Great salesmanship experienced throughout the purchase of our new vehicle.
Kam and Johnny were great to deal with. They followed through post sale with anything they said they would take care of. They were great at communicating results to us.
Service provided by Tran was excellent. He provided with great information on the cars to allow me to make the final choice.
This is the second time I contacted Tran in a space of 10 months and both times, I have left with a new car and full of satisfaction.
Prior to first contacting Tran last August (2015), i had a very bad and disrespectful experience at the Hyundai at Campeau Drive in Kanata and vowed never to purchase a car through Hyundai. But meeting Tran made the whole thing different; he is very professional, respectful and makes the customer feels valued.
