Hi, Hadi was great and polite and helped me with buying the car I liked. He was patient and answered all of my questions with attention. I liked the experience.

I went in knowing what I wanted and Cody respected that. He kept me within my budget, which was great. Very helpful. He knows how to make customers.

Disrespectful, Greedy, and Selfish. Here's the story: After I filled a form online, they called me saying they had these "amazing deals and incentives" and we are to set an appointment with "VIP manager". We did so and went all the way there. This "VIP manager" gave us an initial price (Highest we ever received or read online) after taking a long break to talk to "HIS manager". When we said the price was highest we ever heard or read online, he mentioned their company's sale rate is so high and in bulk that they don't care for individual buyers. So they basically wasted at least 2 hours of my time by inviting us to go there to be given the highest price, and to hear they don't care about individual costumers. It was a shocking experience. I believe the guy we spoke to was called "Arron". The entire experience with him was very condescending for him to give us ANY price we had to convince him that we would buy that night and will not go anywhere else for a better price. He asked and pressured us repeatedly right from the start to the end trying to force us not look into our options. Luckily we didn't listen to him and went home and rechecked the price online to find out he was trying to rip us off. Simply unbelievable.

Chris was very helpful in understanding our needs and working with us to seal the deal on a new Hyundai purchase.
