He wanted to know what was the perfect scenario for us. This was the key point.
Gabriel got to the bottom of what we were looking for. Explained the scenarios that we had and asked us what we would feel comfortable with. Straight to the facts and explained what we could and couldn't not do. I didn't feel he was trying to push something, but to find something perfect for us.
Strongly recommend. He knows what he's talking about.

Vince was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my wishes.. Once I showed a price I could be comfortable with, and how I arrived at that figure, we were abke to find an agreeable compromise point.
