Blindsided

Good morning! I want to start by saying I'm satisfied with the overall service. My biggest disappointment not having my needs not met. Right from the beginning I told Kevin Greenidge and Johnny Younes the importance to meet my budget but the deal breaker was to get the 90 days terms respected. The reason it was so important to get the 90 Days terms is because I received a monthly allowance from the company I worked for. The 90 days will fall right on the date the new payment will start. I was willing to upfront one payment but now with the 90 days terms not being respected I need to upfront an additional $600 out of my pocket. All of this could have been avoided if someone would had take a minute to give me a courtesy call and explain the situation. I would probably wait another month to make sure my needs are being met. My Dad convinces me to buy from Dilawri has I was about to buy from one of your competitors. At this point I feel I was just another customer who made a deal to meet your monthly bonus!! looking forward hearing back!

Amazing Experience!

I recently purchased my first brand new vehicle from Hyundai on Hunt Club and I could not be happier! The sales staff and managers were all very involved and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely tell friends and family that are in the market for a vehicle to go to Hyundai on Hunt Club.

Accountability

I want to start by saying the overall experience was great. My biggest disappointment, my needs was not respected on the 90 days terms with no payment. I was clear from the beginning with Kevin Greenidge and Johnny Younes i need the 90 days so it won’t cost me money out of my pocket since my company give me a monthly allowance. I was told yes to find out at the delivery date on June 6 it can’t be done. I would at least appreciate a courtesy call to explain the situation and I would probably wait another month before purchasing the car. Now I need to upfront $600 out of my pocket. I just feel the deal had to be done so they can get the monthly bonus in. My recommendation will be if in the future something can’t be done with the customer needs a phone call with explanation should be made. Thanks and I do believe in Hyundai product just disappointed not being respect on my needs. Thanks and looking forward hearing back!!
