I was in Ottawa to help with my grandchildren and as my older vehicle had blew its transmission before I came here I decided it was time to buy a new one. I had looked at some vehicles here and decided to get an Elantra gl. I spoke with the Hyundai dealer in Fredericton and they offered me a very good deal if I waited till I returned late August. As I wanted to have a car while here I went to this dealer and was offered the same deal as fredericton. They knew right from the start that I live in New Brunswick and they said they could and would do the deal. I signed the purchase agreement and they applied for financing. Then after almost 3 days they told me they couldn't do the deal due to the differences in the host between Ontario and New Brunswick. All a crock of crap as vehicles are bought out of province all across Canada all the time. Basically due to these delays I also lost the deal I had in Fredericton so now it's costing me more for my new car. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone!!! They were rude, didn't call me back when they were supposed to, etc. Not even an apology!!! In fact I'm still waiting over 24 hours for a call from Eli the general manager.
