Hyundai On Hunt Club

I purchased my 2017 Accent at Hyundai Huntclub Ottawa. The respect, professionalism and courtesy I received from Sales Manager, Eric, and Salesman, Reg, was unbelieveable. It started with my phone call from home to Eric with my enquires in which I thought "this guy sounds to good to believe" through to my follow up visit to the dealership. Having done my homework on car purchasing (at 60 years old, it was not my first experience), and having had some unpleasant past c a r shopping experiences, Eric and Reg restored my faith in believing that car buying does not have to be a dreaded experience. Thank you to both of you and congrats to this Dealership for having two top notch employees. I hope you value them and appreciate them as much as I did.

They fixed some early issues with the car and made sure I was happy with my purchase of my car.

Reg was very good as well as the Sales and Business Managers. I found the process of getting things done, had what seemed to long wait times. Perhaps because it was a Saturday. Otherwise I wasMy appointment was 10:30 am and I don't think I left much before 2:00 pm. I love the new Santa Fe. All the right features. It was very good deal and I would highly recommend Hyundai on Hunt Club.

Purchased a used car, it took for ever to get a payment processed and receipt the day..come pickup day,it took half hour just to pay the balance ...I send a follow up email asking for a copy of the safety to the sales rep twice and never recieved a reply email ..
