I recently purchased a Hyundai Ioniq EV from Hyundai on Hunt Club in Ottawa. The staff, and in particular salesman Reg Pulfer, were excellent. I greatly appreciate how responsive they were to my needs, going above and beyond to ensure that I received my vehicle as fast as possible. Reg impressed me with his enthusiasm for learning everything he could about this new electric vehicle. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Car Purchase
This Hyundai dealership was the best experience my fiancee and I have had shopping for a car since we started looking.
The competition did not even come close. Most dealerships did not treat us like we were proper customers. JJ Ramos and Ahmed were hospitable, helpful, and incredibly considerate.
I was recommended to visit this dealership by a friend. Until that point, Hyundai was not on my radar - I had not even considered purchasing a Hyundai. Now I know where to refer my friends when they're looking to purchase a new car.

Chris was very helpful and understood my needs. Although I'm a first time buyer, he was respectful and made me feel happy and confident with my choices! He answered all my questions (sometimes silly ones), and ensured that I was getting the best value for my time and money.

Great Sales Experience
Kevin, Nabil, and Tony were great to work with. No heavy sales pitches here. They asked what we used our cars for, helped us view models that would fit our lifestyle and worked with us on pricing options. We certainly did not have to spend hours going back and forth or completing paperwork. Can't wait to drive away with my new car ! Well done gentlemen !!
