Reg is a great guy!
We were happy with our vehicle. Was a very busy day we decided to purchase so in future I would pick a less busy day but overall it was a good experience and Reg is a very nice fellow to work with.

Worst dealership in ottawa.
This is the worst dealership in Ottawa. Watch out for when you buy a car from them, Cus the sell you a car with hidden detached parts like the front and back bumper, a dead battery and tons of spoiled stuffs. Then when you discover these issues while driving the car and go back even only after 1 week of purchase, they deny to fix it saying they would have to charge you. I have had my car for 1 week now, had to boost start the battery 4 times in one week, and when I complained, they claim I was supposed to somehow test the battery before purchasing. Which there did exist something like negative stars Cus they don't even deserve up to one. And not nice managers. Please buy wisely.

He came and from the very beginning was helpful.he assisted us everyway he could and was very attentive and understanding.he made the whole experiance very pleasent and will definetly only be dealing with him in all of our future purchases.
