Professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable on the Hyundai brand, and has a great sense of humour. Franklin ensured that the customer needs are always taken care of through the whole purchasing process. A great asset to the Dilawri Hyundai on Hunt Club team. As this was the second purchase with him, and the sales service experience was again outstanding, I will make it a point that I see Franklin for the "third" time when it comes time to purchase another Hyundai.
