If buying a vehicle can be a pleasant experience this was it.
I recently purchased a used (2018) vehicle at “Kia on Hunt Club” and was quite pleased with the process. The sales staff (both Jason and Fakhri) were a pleasure to deal with. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it was not a Kia product and they took the time necessary to answer any questions that I had. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to “buy.” I was encouraged to take my time, take the vehicle for a couple of test drives and also to my personal mechanic to have it looked over before making my decision. Once again, absolutely no pressure. I am very satisfied with the vehicle. Based on my buying experience, I would definitely recommend Kia on Hunt Club.

I was very please with the greeting all the way to the very end of my experience. The salesman Jonathan and the manager Tony helped me with every question I had. I would go back or recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Poor service experience
Took my car in to have brakes inspected - issue with rear brakes squeaking. They were changed by someone earlier in the week. Told front brakes had to be changed as totally wore out even though I had them less then a month before - which I explained They explained that they absolutely had to be changed I agreed and asked them to give my old pads and rotors back. I got back a rusted set a rotors that were no longer powdered coated, unlike the ones on my car when I dropped them off. And my rear brakes continued to make noise so for 600+$ I I got nothing. I called the service advisor and spoke to her and she said the mechanic would call me back - Nothing. All in all a bad experience.
