Applewood Nissan Richmond

I worked with Noah and his team. Nic was my sales rep and Jimmy did the finalizing. I had a very good experience rom beginning to end and enjoyed the people I dealt with. I live in Langley but bought the car at Applewood in Richmond. However Applewoood has dealerships in Langley as well to make it convenient for servicing. It was all good.

Sales staff were very friendly and informative and offered several times coffee or tea or water and even ice cream.

bought a 2020 Nissan Altima SV on November 15. The "NEW" car had 320 odd kms on it while on the documents it said 10kms. I purchased insurance on my loan for 48 months and this was verbally agreed to with the Finance department but later in the document they changed it 24 months instead. So I got half the duration insurance for full price, a difference of about $900. The dealership also did not give the Graduate discount that Nissan offers. I was promised winter tires but was given wrong sized tires. Only after I noticed that I had to get them exchanged. The salesperson wanted me to come exchange the tires. I had to tell him this is your mistake, you need to deliver to my place! I raised all these issues and more with the GM of the dealership and he brushed everything aside and went ahead and adopted condescending tone with me. I would advise everyone to stay away from this dealership. Horrible experience of buying a car. Never again!! Beware
