Oil change appointment
Chris is an excellent service advisor, he checked on recalls and found that the doors needed a new part. He disabled them for safety and informed me of this. Having two young children, we were very happy he looked this up for us.

Prompt service
Even with all the construction going on at Moncton Honda my appointment experience for installing my winter tires was very satisfactory....the only negative comment I would have is when installing tires with sensors that the resetting would be at no charge as it's done in many garages in moncton...it is included in the tire installation price!!...why charge loyal customers a 30$ fee for just a tire reset while im already paying 30$ plus for tire installation!! It kind of my pet peeve!!

My car was a week old & i had to bring in because the plastic in when wheel well had broken off and lodged itself agenst the wheel & I could no longer drivethe vehicle.
I called saturday evening (Nov 10, 2018) the receptionist I had spoken to basically to me there was nothing that could be done for me, and to fix it myself by pushing the plastic piece back in place & to come in on Tuesday when the buliding opened again.
I called a tow truck that night to get my car and bring it to honda, because it wasn’t drivable. When Tuesday came around and I went to pick up my car (after being left with no vehicle for 3 days) I was very upset and asked if there could be some sort of compensation ei, a free oil change. I was told no & to call Honda Canada if I would want something like that, which Honda Cananda said to talk to the dealership, so I was given no help there.
Tuesday night, the same peice that I had just gotten fixed breaks again! I had to call another tow truck to get my car. When I went in the next morning to get a rental car the man in service who worked on my car the previous time (Rheal Richard) accused me of taking my car off roading, and that was his reasoning as to why it broke. I can assure you my 30,000$ brand new car was not taken off road.
I have had a very poor experience with the Moncton Honda dealership. I am not happy with the service I was provided while at Honda, except the service I was given by my salesman (Bruce Graham) he was very polite and respect. I feel as if the persons’ working at Moncton Honda think “okay we’ve got your money, now screw off”. I do not feel as if I am a valued customer, I am disgusted with the way I was treated by the staff there. I would not recommend anyone to go to Honda, at least not this dealership. If this would let me give 0 starts I would.
