Moncton Honda

Was in and out faster than expected. Impressive. I was not expecting getting this done so quickly. Very friendly and courteous staff.

On wednesday Oct 31st i experienced a flat tire. When i called Moncton Honda Rheal informed me that i would need to bring my car in. i was able to put some air in the tire and make it across town to Honda. When i arrived i approached the first available advisor with my situation. He barely greeted me nor did he care about what i had to say. When I told him why I was there he said "we're booked and I don't know when i can fix the tire". He kept asking me if I wanted to leave my car. I said I couldn't. After a few minutes of dealing with him and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out after 5 mins and said he would do it but had to wait for an empty bay. I came in to get my tire fixed but ended up having terrible service from someone that clearly hates his job and dealing with people.

Rob is thorough and professional. He's the man you want to see if you're buying a new or used vehicle!

Enjoyed meeting salesman Paul Steeves. He was very friendly and extremely helpful.. He spent a lot of time explaining everything about our new CR-V as this is our first experience with Honda. Thanks Paul.

The service employee was courteous and knew i had an appointment when i said my name. My car was ready before the expected time.
