Excellent experience with Honda (and Vince) as usual. My 6th or 7th Honda vehicle, I lost count :). I will be looking for Vince the next time I go get a vehicle.

Oil change that took too long
We went in for an oil change that we had an appointment, it took over 2 hours to do. While we were there they tried to sell a service that we didn’t want.
