Good
Needed regular tuneup. Everything went well as far as I know. I think It was a bit expensive, but if that’s what is recommended. That’s what it is.

Shuttle
I was promised a shuttle as soon as I dropped my car off so get to work after. I was not advised of the frequency/potential delays it could incur. I had to call and pay for a taxi to get to my job; this would have been avoided if I had been aware of the slow shuttle service. I could have found my own drive instead of wasting money due to lack of information given to me.

Purchasing a vehicle

Tory was great to deal with and very knowledgeable on the Honda Ridgeline.
Tory Hicks provided excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered, all features were well explained and demonstrated to me. All members of the Moncton Honda team provided me with a great vehicle buying experience.
