Used car purchase
My sale representative that I dealt with went to work somewhere else. I was trying to provide my insurance for the purchased car and I could not reach my sales person. Only after contacting the dealership was I provided with a contact person.

Frustrating and exciting
Bruce was great to deal with, very patient with me, there was a few problem after purchasing the vehicle, I was frustrated but Bruce took care of everything right away. Nice to see that good service is not fully gone yet. Would purchase from Bruce at Moncton Honda again.

Professional and pleasant.
Rob patiently answered all my questions, was professional, friendly and very helpful. Explained how all the tech stuff on my new car worked. Called the next day to see if I had any questions. Would certainly recommend Rob to all my friends. Buying my new car was a very smooth and pleasant transaction. Love my new Honda Fit!

I was very pleased with how Paul ensured I had a vehicle I loved.
Paul is very delightful to deal with, he answered all my questions to help me find out exactly what vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. He is also very knowledgeable about the vehicles as he answered my questions right away, did not have to get back to me. I would refer anyone I know to Paul for a future purchase of a Honda.
