It was good but a lack of focus after the sale.
Product knowledge and explanation of the vehicle and options was very good.
Over focus on the financing for the vehicle. Basically had to agree to purchase to see an invoice of what was included in the price.
Lack of attention to detail after purchase was made.

Pleasant. NOT stressful!
Had my Winter Tires Installed, with All Seasons Stored for season. Oil & Filter Change plus the 4 wheel differential Oil changed. Service Dept. were helpful and had my vehicle ready within an hour. Meanwhile, I enjoyed Free coffee and read the Daily newspaper. I look forward to my Service visits.
