Very poor service buy the salesman.
The salesman rust everthing, never took the time to explain every thing on the the final sales document. He give a price and I said no deal but after I told him for that price he had to ad that mean give me 4 winter tires and running boards ,he went to talk to his manager ,his said ok we have a deal ,during that time the dealership was close and he rust everthing, he added those items to the sales price and even lock nut that I could got them on Amazon for 40 dollars but they added over a hundred dollars that he never never explained to us ,he rushed the sale paperwork, but the next day I took the time to review the paperwork and I saw they never never give me extra because those tires with rim and running boards were added to the sales prices and that way ,I even had to pay tax on that sales price .to me that taking advantage of old people. Thanks but no thanks.even now they still making me to agree with the terms and conditions before I can submit this

Best experience
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Moncton Honda and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mike, the salesman who assisted me, was incredibly friendly, eager to help, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly encourage you to visit Moncton Honda. You won't be disappointed!

Don't care about ongoing issues and won't fix the problem
I've never had much faith in dealerships. It always feels like they're trying to trick you into something etc.
But I also thought Honda was a reputable and well respected brand.
That was not my recent experience.
About two and a half years ago I had issues with my civic and the paint peeling. I immediately contacted Moncton Honda and had it looked at. It's no secret the issues out there with paint peeling on Honda vehicles.
They got back to me and said they would warranty the paint. But would only fix the areas where it was currently happening. I had asked for the vehicle to be painted entirely since clearly the paint was an issue and it would just spread to other areas. They refused.
My civic went in to be painted in a few areas - The roof, my trunk and around my gas cap. I was told it would be a week and I could probably pick up Friday. I also asked for a rental since they were putting this through warranty and I had no other vehicle but they also refused that.
As of about Thursday I still had not been notified of anything. So I called. I was told it was still out where the paint job was being done. I called again the next week and was told the vehicle was back, but that there was issues with the job done and were sending it back to be fixed. It was about a week and a half before I got my vehicle back and I still went back myself afterwards, as there was paint overspray over areas of my car that weren't cleaned up even still.
Fast forward to now and guess what. My paint is peeling now in the areas Honda refused to paint. Had the paint issue been resolved entirely the first time I wouldn't be dealing with this now.
I called Moncton Honda to get in and have it looked at yet again. Not an hour later I was called back and said they couldn't have me in because they showed in their system I was in prior with paint peeling issues and couldn't do anything further. I expressed my frustration with the fact that the entire issue was not resolved back then like I had requested or else i wouldn't be in this current situation. They refused anything further and offered to give me Honda Canada's customer relations number.
I call them and explain the whole situation all over again... only to be told I had to go to my local dealership and have them access the damage, get photos and an estimate for it to send to them. I explained I tried that but was directed to them.
So again, I went back to Moncton Honda.
They took their photos etc and said someone would call me.
I get that phone call and lo and behold, I am brushed off and told they can't do anything. I told them it's not that they "can't" it's that they "won't". So get that right. And proceeded to go on about my prior work two and a half years before.. blah blah blah
Knowing the issues with their paint - and I'm sure many of you out there have seen several Honda vehicles out there with paint peeling off - and Honda Canada won't do anything about it for their customers.
As someone who loves their vehicle and takes good care of it. I take pride in a good looking vehicle - it gets detailed, maintenance done when needed, rust check every year etc.. - to say I'm insanely frustrated and disappointed how the entire situation was handled is a gross understatement.
I always said my next vehicle would be an SUV, and one from Honda at that because I loved my civic so much.
I'm sorry to say - It now won't be.

Hi Brittany,
We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your service with us. This issue as explained is a warranty complaint and although we are the dealer you service with we do not make the decision on warranty claims, that is at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer. So when requesting to have other parts of the vehicle painted upon the first claim that is not our decision but the Manufacturer. In that scenario the Manufacturer had assisted with a paint claim (of $6200), and they will only offer this assistance one time during vehicle ownership. This was explained at the time of that paint claim and a release form was signed by you stating you understood that was the case. At this point requesting for another paint claim to be put through we knew it would be refused as per their guidelines. Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do in these scenarios as it is not an individual dealers decision. The vehicle is now 9 years old and well outside any Manufacturer warranty coverages.
