Very informed, professional and comfortable personality to deal with, not pushy.
I was indecisive on a vehicle I was going to buy. I was so pleased with Alex's relaxed personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and inviting eagerness to get me the answers he was unsure of. I decided to buy at Moncton Honda as my expectations were meet and not go to the planned visit the next day at another dealership. Great Sales Associate, providing a great experience.

My 2015 Honda CR-V
There should be better communication between the customer and the salesman and the finance officer. Very important information was not conveyed to me until the day I picked up my vehicle. I thought about cancelling the deal, but decided to go ahead because of the product.
