Andrew explained everything about my new car and was very professional in dealing with me from the very start. I feel he really understood my needs and steered me in the right direction.

The salesman (Paul) was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed us all the features of the car we were interested in prior to taking it out for a test drive. The negotiating went well, I got a fair deal for my trade in, and they weren't too "pushy" trying to upsell a bunch of extras I didn't want/need. Overall, it went better than my previous car buying experiences, and the car is great!

The Moncton Honda dealership and service location is excellent and first class. I love what they've done with the customer waiting lounge, because you can actually do work while you're waiting. I never owned a Honda before and didn't know what I was missing. I have a CRV, and I'm just loving it. The service people are always great to discus greet, and always happy and cheerful, a sign that they actually love their job. The vehicle performs excellently without a single problem. I've not been scammed with any oil changes, as I've double checked. In the past, I had another dealership skimming me on the oil change. Errors happen everywhere on occasion, but at Moncton Honda they are absolutely fantastic to you if they've made an error, and will not only correct it, but will also make things right by shaving something off the cost. In my case they had accidentally ordered the wrong parts for a roof kayak rail to be installed on Thursday before we'd go to Lunenburg and then camping. This resulted in an unexpected change of plans for our long weekend plans for my wife and I. Quite disappointing, indeed, but they not only fixed it on Monday, they made things right by not making me pay for a good chunk of the cost. Overall I love Honda.
