What a great experience! My husband called ahead of time and had a nice chat with Shawn Rouselle, asking if we could drop in and inquire about a 2022 Pilot. Upon our arrival, not only did he greet us right away, but he had the vehicle we were interested in parked right out front. He took the time to answer all our questions and show us the highlights of the vehicle. We were very impressed with his knowledge! He helped make the purchasing process very straightforward and saw everything through to the end. We were so excited to drive our 2022 Pilot off the lot in just a few hours.
