I went in for an inspection. The service counter was quick to greet me and they were well organized as usual.

Took time to explain waranty and such! Was willing to hear and consider my offer. He went thru the whole vehicle with me and programmed cell phone .

I was very surprised that the salesman wouldn't even give me a quote on a new vehicle unless I gave him my credit card #??? He said he didn't want to waste his time! When, if ever, has this been the way to sell a new car! Guess Moncton Honda doesn't need my business anymore. I have bought 2 cars from you over the years and have ever had to do this before from you or any other dealership.

When we arrived the dealership was very busy and we found ourselves standing around waiting for someone to ask us if we needed help, the young girl at the front desk did her very best to find someone and I commend her as well for her attention. Bedford arrived who was already with a customer and tried to find someone to help however there was no one available, at this time I was ready to leave and was not going to purchase or entertain the idea. Bedford took it upon himself to get us seated ensured that he would look after us. After no time he was back and provided us with his undivided attention and because of his service we bought the car.
