Scott was very friendly and informative from the beginning. Within 2 days he got me into my first brand new car. Scott made the whole experience great from the beginning and told me all about the service center at the dealership where I will definitely be going to for all work on the car. I have already recommended Scott to several friends who are looking at buying new vehicles!

Quick and efficient
First car purchase ever, staff was very helpful in narrowing down the right fit. Went to about 10 different car lots and nobody came out to assist so I assumed you buy the car online now.

When they washed my car after the oil change they did a poor job
Hi, Was in for an oil change which went OK, however, they washed my car and it was not cleaned properly at all. There was still streaks of mud and dirt left all over the car. It was disappointing.

Overcharged for little service.
Went in for a appointment that should have cost $35 but got scammed for $520. As soon as I go pick up my car I am immediately notified from an employee that next year my car is NOT going to pass the inspection because they will need to replace a certain part that will cost me over 400$.
With all this bad service, I am taking my business elsewhere and I will not be going recommend Moncton Honda.
