Ok this time around but seen better from Honda service

Ok this time around but seen better in Honda service. It seems all they wanted was the sale and they said the winter tires we had from the old civic would fit on new car but doesn’t now we have two sets of winter tires but can’t put them on the new car

Amazing!!

Our experience was one of a kind!! Matt from Moncton Honda was very helpful and stayed after hours for us. He went above and beyond for us in every aspect of purchasing a new vehicle from best deal to insurance complications! Would recommend Matt to all!! Thank you Matt ☺️

Good service

Satisfied with the vehicle the way it performs but the windshield was chipped and no one told me. Old receipts left in the visor from the previous owner on one side. Old used napkins left in the passenger visor. Sand and gravel left between the seats in the back when I went to put down the rear seats

Not good experience

My experience wasn't too good. My wife and I were looking for a van. They did happen to have a black Dodge Caravan. I don't remember all the specific details, but it was coming in around 20,000 for the purchase. We told Matt Carter we wanted to consider for next week, and at that point he got kind of rude and dry with us. He tried to pressure us, telling us the van would be sold within a few days, etc. It annoyed us into leaving. We ended up finding an autobody guy who sold us a better dodge caravan, taxes in for altogether 17,000. I don't appreciate these salesman pressure tactics Matt was trying to use on us, making us feel weird not buying the van.
