I was extremely happy with the service dept .
Serge kept me up to date on the process ......Great service....What I have a problem with......I called for my apt.....Bronze detailing, summer tires, I was told it would take all day for detailing apt april 22 7.30 am....got a confirmation on my phone....april 17th....called back......got another confirmation on my phone april 22 th 1pm......Finally I drove to the dealership.....Chantal had not booked car detailing....Very Frustrating 3 calls and a visit for an apt.....Not good service on that end

My experience. Great, was comfortable in the waiting.
The service agent was helpful. Once the problem was detected he explained what had to be done and approximately how long it would take. When it came time to pay the bill, I dealt with another service agent and he was equally polite.
