Time Consuming & Pushy
Oil change usually takes 1 hour to 11/2 hours…..waiting around for that long for a simple oil change is frustrating. Staff sometimes push to have things serviced, even after the customer declines.

Good service
I live in Kingston and the team picked up my vehicle early morning and brought it to Gan chev. They were courteous and knowledgeable with my truck. The only area for improvement would be how long they had my truck. 8 hours for an oil and filter change and brake cleaning seems long.

Customer Service at the highest level
had a very bad squeak coming from my brake pads, Gan Chev was willing to make it right replacing the pads with the old factory oem set, no more squeak and it didn’t cost me a nickel, very pleased with the customer service and there want to make things right, extremely satisfied.

Problem diagnosed, solved and further issues corrected and avoided.
Oil, lube, filters completed. Transmission vibration diagnosed, transmission flushed and fluids replaced. Wheel alignment completed for a problem free drive.
Work done quickly, and I was informed all along. Very impressed.
