excellent service. From reception, to my service advisor to my mechanic. Receptionj cheerfully greeted at the door. Neil, my service advisor kept me up to date on what needed to be done and approximate cost. i had taken the car twice to a local garage as i live approximately 80 km from the dealership and it was more convenient. They couldnt solve the issue. Andy Vos my mechanic at Gan Chev is amazing! He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. Worn ball joints. Well worth the drive.

Mark was truly excellent to work with and went well beyond expectations.
Mark was very attentive and professional. He wasn't pushing, just constantly attending to the details that made the experience enjoyable including a CONGRATULATIONS sign on the Explorer that his daughter had made when we picked it up.
