The sales manager was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted and trade in our daughter’s vehicle. It was a win win win situation.

Honest, helpful and patient
Carter & McPhillips Toyota have been there every step of the way to answer all of my questions and concerns. Through the decision process (where I had many questions which were all answered) to the delivery of the Rav 4 where I also had several questions after picking it up because it was very different than my 8 year old Camry. Carter was patient and answered all my questions as I adjust and learn the new vehicle.

I’d say 10 out 10 for the highlander
Everybody was so nice there and about the car I like the 360 cam and also the moon roof and the front view cam

The level of service provided by Jeth & Lizette was fantastic!
From the moment we walked into the dealership staff was very friendly and introduced us to jeth our sales person. Jeth Took great care of our needs and listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. because we had to order the vehicle he was also very good at keeping us updated with delivery and any other questions we had. Lizette in financing also was a pleasure to consult with and was very thorough and options provided to us.
