Carter sales person whom we purchased our Toyota corolla cross from was friendly warm and welcoming both Carter and VLAD assisted us with the technology in our new vehicle. No.pressure at all Cater and Vlad answered our questions and pointed out all the important concerns we had and there was a follow up a few days later THE service was Fantastic as well as the follow up which Carter had organized for us. Right from the coffee upon arrival to the reassurance we would have assistance till we felt totally comfortable with our NEW TOYOTA COROLLA CROSS SERVES AS THE REASON WE LOVE TOYOTA SALES AND SERVICE ... The experience was good, the ongoing receipt of surveys is not.
I realize you may find information on the surveys helpful, I do not enjoy receiving them. They are by far the most negative part of my toyota experience. If I was not happy with the dealership I would not have bought a vehicle there.
