The oil change and grease went as expected but at one time not so long ago if a bulb was out the customer was asked if they would like it changed and a fee was expected, this past service I need two that needed changing for which I understand for both you can get a ticket from the police, I was not asked if I wanted them changed but only told they were out. Is this the new policy!

We leased a 2018 Dec Equinox from Murray. Teddy Edwards was our salesperson. He is wonderful to deal with and I strongly recommend him to any one wishing to purchase or lease a vehicle. Teddy called about 10 days later advising me that that the Equinox required a software upgrade. This was before the recall was even initiated. Great job Teddy!! We had decided to purchase a vehicle for our daughter, so off to Murray we went. We saw Teddy and purchased a 2017 Dec Sonic. Thanks again Teddy!!! While there Teddy spoke to the service reps and they managed to squeeze us in to have the Equinox software upgrade done whole we were doing up the.paperwork for the Sonic!! Wonderful!! Much thanks to Peter and Ryan in Service!!! We have bought 3 vehicles from Teddy in the.last 3 years. I get all of them serviced at Murray and will continue to do so. They seem to care about you as a person and provide excellent work! I strongly recommend Murray Chef, thier service department and salesperson extrodinaire Teddy Edwards!!!
