Since I was bringing the car in for the tire replacement, I booked a service appointment for the same time. I had to wait til the next day for the work to be done and when I picked the car up it was pretty messy. Other places clean it up after the service is complete, which is nice! I took it to the Chamois on my way home to have it cleaned!
I was there an hour before closing and found a vehicle in the first ten minute. Even though paper work went past closing time, I still received great service.
Great explanation of service required in a way I could understand. Prompt, efficient, courteous customer service. My car was ready at the requested time.
