Radio concerns

We were given very thorough and professional service .Given a very thorough test drive and great explanation of all the features of the vehicle we purchased. my son had his vehicle in for a MPI repair>>>Body>>>>>only one issue
he was told to come pick up the vehicle at a certain time....when he arrived to pick up his buggy, it wasn't ready because of paperwork issue>>>>, so he had to come back later that day.....no biggie, but, paperwork issue.....seems elementary to me is all.
