I would say 90 percent of the time my car issues were resolved in an efficient and timley manner.
I would have to say in the last year and a half that I have had my serviced at Murray there was only one time I had to return it as something was not done to my satisfaction. I brought to the service personnel's attention it was redone to my satisfaction.
Sales manager needs to realize customers are more important than monthly quotas
My son purchased a 2011 Silverado end of November and we were not impressed with how the deal was handled by the sales manager, as a result we will be taking all of our business and service needs to Mcnaught across the street
