My wife dropped off our 2017 Silverado to get a recall done on the vehicle but before hand we were told that a oil change and transmission service would be due in the near future so maybe we should consider having them done at the same time to save a trip in a month or 2 . On picking up our vehicle I was told that the oil change was done but the transmission service could wait a while . Really appreciate the honesty.
Always feel well looked after although prices always seem/are higher than my local mechanic so after warranty I hesitate to go back even for oil changes.
Nobody in service seems to be able to reconnect the voice text option in vehicle. Have asked 3 times at least now. Someone should know how to reset this option.
I bought my daughter a used Equinox and it was a very easy going experience. The salesman was not pushy and very easy going. Also the finance department did not try to push any extras on us
My daughter has never had the experience of buying a vehicle and when it was all said and done she thought it was a lot of fun and in no way did she ever feel pressured
