I had To get my car towed in for repairs and it was still leaking oil three days later. I took it Back and the service advisor said it wasn’t leaking. Then they apparently spotted something else broken that there is physically no way I could Have broken it. They charged me like crazy for something they obviously damaged trying to get into the engine. Every time i start my car it’s loud and has to be taken to a new shop. Very very disappointed and will never go back to Murray’s.
Always a great experience, whether it be an oil change or maintenance work. They are very courteous and explain things clearly. I don’t go anywhere else for service.
