When I returned home I found that, in checking my air filter, your mechanics had neglected to tighten the air filter cover screws. They were completely loosened of and sticking up above the cover. In addition the cover was damaged as one corner of the cover flange was broken off, leaving only a partial hole for one of the flange screws. I will never bring my car into you for servicing again.
My new 218 Silverado was in for it's first oil change, multi-point Vehicle health check and a warranty issue with the A/C. Service was as usual very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No pressure and a very positive experience. Liam and trainee took time to explain the car options very well. They made sure that I as a woman made sure I understood all the car options etc.

I've had a couple of Equinox's but did not like the new 2018 design. I did however really like the GMC Terrain redesigned 2018 and Craig made it happen!
