Winter tires & rims were removed and summer tires and rims were installed. Decorative rear bumper fascia was installed. Bought the summer tires and rims at an aftermarket business. Murray Chev had many issues mounting them because of problems with the aftermarket pieces. Murray Chev was extremely helpful in resolving the issues, and provided a fair labour price for everything. Great coffee to boot! Finally, I noticed an extremely high number of staff working that day; a number that seemed high given other non-Chev dealerships that I've been to. Every single staff member that walked by smiled, said hi, or asked how I was doing and if I had been taken care of. Fantastic experience overall.

I brought my truck in for transmission service and a tune-up. Ryan is a very pleasant and professional person to deal with. He arranged a shuttle home for me. My vehicle was ready for pick-up at the time he said it would be. He called an hour before that time to let me know and arranged a shuttle to come pick me up. When I picked it up he went over what was done on the truck and again was very pleasant. I noticed that my truck ran much better than before. Thank you for the great service.

I was pleased to learn that tire repairs were now included. I appreciate being at a one shop stop where you can voice concerns and they are heard.

There was no service manager to explain the results of the inspection and what the various notations on the copy of the report I was given represented.
