I am usually a staunch supporter. I came in for a quick lube service. That was fine. My problem arose when I asked about the website promotion. It stated that with any purchase the customer was entitled to a buy one get one free windshield wiper. That promotion was not honoured. The customer service rep said that should have been taken off the website. The fact is it was still on there when I came in for service. I am not one to complain but I have spent a lot of money in your service department and I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I realize it is not a lot of money but you should not advertise if you do not wish to honour your promotions.

Excellent service done by great staff within the forecast time frame.
Staff were helpful when the car was brought in. The work was to done within he time they allowed. Very pleased with results. They recommended bringing the car back to retorque the lugs nuts. That was done a few days later without any question.
One problem after another, I wouldn't recommend this dealership. Took it in to get multiple cosmetics issues fixed after purchasing a brand new vehicle and then they damaged something when trying to fix something else. Just not a good experience. Took it to McPhillips and had a way better experience - they even washed my car when I had it serviced.
