vehicle was brought in on tow truck after parking in driveway and couldn't get key out of ignition and couldn't move gear shift. The service representative explained that it might take more than a day to fix and that I could get a loaner if required. I said that I was IK without the loaner and the vehicle was repaired by the next day. The truck has been 100% since the repair..
I got oil changed. Was told wheel alignment was off, and there’s leakage some where. I know wheel alignment has no problem as was checked by your service gentlemen due to my car accident. It was wet the day I had oil change and there’s water dripping. I found no leakage of any on any other day. I like the kind gentleman who looked after my car after the accident. But the lady who responsible for oil change gave me incorrect info regarding non alignment and leakage.
