Waited around for 3 hours for shuttle service and asked multiple people. They are insured a sit and wait for them to call my number. They never came and I was stuck there until my car was finished. Complete waste of a day

Treated with respect and kind hospitality,with work being done on time.
Had tires changed to winter ones and a tune up was also done. The service bay attendant was cordial and efficient and made me feel that I mattered. Kudos to the staff.
As always a pleasant experience. The service work to be performed was explained well and performed completely satisfactorily. I look forward to the next visit.
