I was having trouble with a wiper blade skipping. Initially it was thought to be the wiper blade itself, and Dennis Mitchell got it changed while I waited. However, that didn't solve the issue. So Dennis arranged for a new wiper arm to be ordered. That did the trick. Perfect now.
Kudos to Dennis, who spent quite a bit of time trying to solve the problem.
