Paul Noble made my new car buying very comfortable and easy to understand the paper work. I would advise any of my friends to see him if they were in the market for a new car.Only a few bumps in the process but all were minor, no problems.

Excellent Purchasing Experience with Mark.
Mark was actually the best salesman I've ever experienced. Not pushy, not overly involved, he just let me look at what I was interested and was there to answer any and all questions. He even stuck his neck out for me to the service department, and personally polished a scratch off of my truck. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
I hope Mark is available when I purchase my next vehicle.

Getting winter tires put on
Service was good until I went to get my car after the winter tires were installed. Get my car and asked the tech where are my summer tires? He says they have been sent to the warehouse for storage. The w/o clearly stated customers wants back the tires. He said we can get them but that will take another twenty minutes to get them.Long story short was not impressed with my first experience with the service department. Got me questioning what else got missed on such a simple job.
