Happy with the whole process.
The whole experience was a good one from the test drive to the pick up of my new vehicle. Who knew there was no many function on these new cars. Brad explained all of the function in detail so that I was very comfortable with all the bells and whistles by the time I drove off the lot. I am a repeat customer of Brad's and Georgian and always appreciate the professional with which I am treated.

Window shopped before going so the total purchase time was less than 30 minutes...would have like to recieved more on my trade in value
Was only with the Paul from Sales for 10 minutes - nice guy
Finance interaction was great another 10 minutes of laughs - said yes to everything so good day for all
Had to come in for service less than a week of owning the car - my stering alignment is pulling left - was told after a full day in the shop they can't do anything until after a 1000 Km...more to come.

it was a very very satisying and happy experience.
we purchased a 2015 chec silverado half ton truck with trailering package.Time was spent , not rushed to make sure we got what we needed and wanted. All details of truck were explained thoroughly. This has been our third purchase from oscar and will definately return when needed again.
