Fantastic but no hat!
The experience was great. Very welcoming staff and sales members got me in the truck I wanted for the price wanted. Only complaint. Never got a new a hat with my new truck.

frustrating door malfunction
On July 11, 2018 I brought a rented (Discount car and truck rentals)Savana cargo van into the service area because the rear door would not latch. the vehicle was full of furniture to go to Toronto....When I approached the service centre I was greeted by service advisor Chris and he promptly jumped on the case and worked diligently and very efficiently to resolve this issue . He enlisted the help of service technician Mike and together fixed the problem and had me on my way again. They were both very courteous and knew their jobs thoroughly. Kudos to both those lads .....Thank you very much.....( they both deserve a big raise)...lol thank you again Chris and Mike
